IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Dear customer: Please read this instructions manual carefully before using your citrus fruit juicer.
This product is designed for use in commercial establishments such as in: Catering services and
restaurants, shops, supermarkets and hypermarkets, kitchen areas for shop staff, offices and
other places of work.
This machine is not suitable for outdoor use. It should not be placed in direct sunlight or other
places where it is not protected from the elements or where water jets are used for cleaning.
In order to avoid any hazards, all repairs should be carried out by specialist technical personnel.
Please use original Zummo components, accessories and spare parts. Do not manipulate the
machine to make it work without any of the safety devices.
We will not be liable for any damage caused through misuse of the machine or through failing to
read this instructions manual.
Please contact the company who supplied the machine for any technical support. If you are
unable to do so, then please contact ZUMMO INNOVACIONES MECÁNICAS S.A.U. (contact
details in warranty details).
The machine applies great pressure to squeeze the fruit, and therefore you should never place
your hands or any other objects in the squeezing zone.
Do not place your hands in the hopper or handle fruit while the juicer is working.
Never leave the cup securing nuts or the juicer tray nuts loose, otherwise serious damage could
be caused to the machine [Fig. 7].
Be particularly careful with the cutting blade, as you may cut yourself when handling it. In order to
avoid hazards, once the blade has been cleaned, attach the blade guard [Fig. 6].
Always disconnect the machine from the power supply before cleaning or carrying out
maintenance tasks.
If the power cable is damaged:

If it can be removed without the need for tools, it should be replaced with a new cable or
special assembly that is available as a spare part from the manufacturer or after sales
service.

If it cannot be removed without the need for tools, you should contact the manufacturer,
after sales service or similar qualified person to repair it, in order to avoid hazards.
The machine must not be used by children aged under 8 years or persons with physical, sensory
or mental impairments, without experience or knowledge, unless they are supervised or instructed.
Children should be supervised by an adult to ensure they use the machine correctly. The cleaning
and maintenance work that can be done by users should not be done by children.
