The machine has a standby feature which is enabled automatically after 5 seconds. When the
machine is in Standby mode, the display lights are off and all the symbols are disabled except for the
machine symbol. To wake up the juicer from this mode, press any of the three buttons on the board.
To configure the Standby mode, the machine needs to be disconnected at the power switch. When the
machine is switched off, press STOP and then switch on the power switch while holding the STOP
button down until four digits are shown on the display. When pressing ON, the two digits on the left
can be changed, and when pressing SELECT, the two on the right can be changed. Enter:
8023 Standby (Enabled)
8024 Standby (Disabled)
5.8. DISASSEMBLY AND CLEANING
Regardless of the amount of squeezed fruit, at least the squeezing area should be cleaned on a daily
basis.
In the case of juicing pomegranates, cleaning the squeezing zone after squeezing 40 kg of fruit is
recommended because of the high amount of waste that is produced.
1. The machine should be completely switched off before starting to disassemble the parts and
clean them. To do so, switch off the power switch at the top rear [Fig. 01] (do not switch it off
while it is squeezing, press STOP first and then switch off the power switch).
2. Unplug the power cable [Fig. 02].
3. Remove the chutes or the bins to empty them and clean any residual waste [Fig. 03].
4. Remove the drip tray and grid [Fig. 04].
5. Remove the front cover vertically [Fig. 05]. To avoid surface wear, we do not recommend
cleaning it in the dishwasher.
6. Fit the blade guard so as to safely continue the disassembly and cleaning process [Fig. 06].
7. Unscrew the ADAPT tray nuts and remove the tray by pulling it horizontally outwards [Fig. 08].
Then:
a. Remove the automatic filter [Fig. 9] and remove the axles and scraper [Fig. 10].
b. Remove the tap from the ADAPT tray by pressing the side clips and pulling
downwards so as to clean the inner tap area [Fig. 12].
c. For more thorough cleaning, remove the button support by releasing the springs and
pressing the side clips to release the clip and disassemble the button support [Fig.
13].
8. Remove the squeezing block all together, consisting of the squeezing tray with balls and
blade, by pulling it horizontally outwards [Fig. 14].
9. To remove the balls from the squeezing tray, release the clips, turn the balls through 45º and
pull them off vertically [Fig. 15].
10. Unscrew the cup nuts and remove the cups [Fig. 16].
11. These components can be cleaned in the dishwasher or manually, but take special care when
cleaning the blade. It is very sharp and you could cut yourself. We recommend fitting the blade
guard once you have cleaned and dried it [Fig. 06].
12. Finally, clean the front of the machine using a damp cloth and soapy water.
Note:
References 1402017A-1 Drip tray, 1405052A ADAPT Tray seal and V0293B-1 nut GP, cannot be
subjected to temperatures over 40ºC, and consequently they should never be cleaned with hot water
or in the dishwasher. In the event of them deforming, they will not be covered by the guarantee.
In the event of inappropriate cleaning, the guarantee will be rendered void.
Assembly
After washing and drying the parts, fit the components to the machine in the following order:
