5.5. FRESH MODE
For models installed in FRESH CABINETS, the right mode for machine operation should be
configured so that the machine operates via the FRESH tap and not via the display.
To configure it, the machine needs to be disconnected at the power switch. When the machine is
switched off, press STOP and then switch on the power switch while holding the STOP button down
until four digits are shown on the display. When pressing ON, the two digits on the left can be
changed, and when pressing SELECT, the two on the right can be changed. Enter:

3003 FRESH Tap enabled and ON button on display locked.
When the required code has been established for the mode, press STOP and switch off the machine
at the power switch. The entered mode will remain permanently, even after switching the machine off
again.
In this operating mode, the number of fruits to be squeezed in the machine when opening the FRESH
tap can be selected via the display, by pressing SELECT, so that the tank keeps the right level of juice
for chilling. Likewise, "0" fruits can be selected so that the machine does not continue to squeeze fruit
when opening the FRESH tap, so that the tank can be emptied.
5.6. WASTE REMOVAL WARNING FUNCTION
The machine features a warning system to remind us to empty the waste containers after a number of
cycles set by the user have been completed.
To configure the waste removal warning, the machine needs to be disconnected at the power switch.
When the machine is switched off, press SELECT and then switch on the power switch while holding
the SELECT button down until the bins/chutes and three digits are shown on the display.
By pressing SELECT we increase the number of cycles, and by holding SELECT down for more than
two seconds, we reduce this number.
When the required quantity has been established, press STOP and switch off the machine at the
power switch. The entered quantity will remain permanently, even after switching the machine off
again.
When the machine has completed the programmed number of cycles, it will stop and the bins/chutes
on the display will flash. To continue squeezing, the bins/chutes will need to be removed and
emptied. Then press ON again. The warning will be reset to zero at this point, and will be displayed
when the number of programmed cycles is reached again.
To disable this waste removal warning function, you should programme it again but enter "000" in the
quantity.
