Clean the PA screen with a leather cloth soaked
in window cleaner.
CAUTION
In order to minimise the risk of disease transmission, the
applicable occupational health and safety regulations and
the requirements of the national responsible committees
for hygiene and disinfection must be observed in addition
to these operating instructions.
8.1
Sterilisation of the handle
During sterilisation, ISO 17665-1 (sterilisation of medical
devices in moist heat) must be observed.
CAUTION
Damage to the handle
Do not sterilise with hot air
The handle must be packed in a sterile bag before
sterilisation
The handle is designed exclusively for steam sterilisation
with triple fractionated pre-vacuum and saturated
steam with the following parameters:
Temperature
Excess pressure
Retention time
Drying in vacuum
Check the mechanical integrity of the handle after each
sterilisation
Stop using the handle if it is damaged

SAFETY CONTROLS
DANGER
Danger to life through an electric shock.
Disconnect the plug from the mains.
The connecting cable must be checked for damage
at least once a year.
CAUTION
Maintenance and repairs may only be carried out by
qualified electricians.
The corresponding user profile is in Section 2 Safety
Instructions.

SETTING SPRING FORCE
CAUTION
The spring force is ideally set at the factory
CAUTION
The lamp head must be installed before the spring
force is adjusted.
Move the spring arm into the highest possible position.
Insert a 6 mm Allen key through the hole in the central
joint and adjust the spring force by turning the screw.
Turn the screw clockwise (+) to increase the spring force
(as the spring arm lowers).
Turn the screw anticlockwise (-) to decrease the spring
force (as the spring arm rises).
