TODDLER BOOSTER:
• CHILDREN HAVE SUFFERED

• Check that booster seat is
securely attached to adult
chair before each use.
• Always use restraints until
child is able to get in and out
of booster seat without help.
Adjust to fit snugly.
• Never allow child to push
away from table.
• Never lift and carry child in
booster seat.
• Stay near and watch your
child during use.
• ALWAYS USE booster straps to
attach booster to dining chair.
Always ensure straps are pulled
tight.
• DO NOT USE the booster on a
stool, swivel chair, folding chair
or any other type of chair to
which this booster cannot be
firmly attached. The
recommended type of chair
shall be with four legs, a high
backrest, and a firm seat.
• Until child is able to get in and
out of the booster seat without
help, the child should be secured
in the booster seat at all times by
the restraining system. The tray
is not designed to hold the child
in the chair.
• Use this booster seat only for
children capable of sitting upright
unassisted.
• PREVENT SERIOUS INJURY OR
DEATH. Do not use in motor
vehicles.
• DO NOT remove booster from
frame with child in it.
• STRANGULATION HAZARD Do
not place product in any location
where there are cords, such as
window blind cords, drapes,
phone cords, etc.
• Only remove shoulder straps
when adjusting height. Do not
remove waist or crotch straps.
• IF BOOSTER CANNOT be
securely and safely attached to
the adult chair, do not use
booster with that chair.
• ONLY USE highchair accessories
that came with this product.
BIG KID CHAIR:
• The big kid chair is only for
children who are able to climb in
and out of the chair unassisted.
