Problem
There is some remaining water in

Solution
This is normal and is the result of water test performed
at the factory
1. Cierre bien la puerta.
2. Check if the tap is opened.
3. Check if the button "On · Off" is pressed
4. Check if the button "Start · Pause" is pressed.
5. Check if the delay feature is activated.
1. Check and fasten inlet hose.
2. Clean the drain hose and have it repaired by an expert
if necessary.
1. Check that the transit bolts have been removed.
2. Check that the adjustable legs are level.
3. Check that the washing machine is installed on a firm
and level floor.
4. Check that there are no clips or metal objects inside
the washer.
1. Select the correct wash cycle.
2. Add the correct amount of detergent according to the
instructions on the detergent pack.
1. Check if the "Child lock" feature has been activate.
2. Press the "Start · Pause" button first, then press the
other buttons.
1. Check that the laundry is well distributed in the
drum.
2. Check that the water flows in and out correctly
1. Check if the max. height of the drain hose is less
than 65 cm.
2. Check if the drain hose is immersed.
