BASIC SOFT SERVE

½ packet of vanilla sugar

175 ml pureed raspberries
Combine all ingredients just before
pouring into the canister and start ing
the cycle.

(combined over heat a day in advance
and refrigerated). Just before start ing
the cycle, fold in egg yolk, egg and salt.
Place into canister and start the cycle.
Combine cream and chocolate over
heat a day in advance. Refrigerate to
cool. Just before start ing the cycle, fold
in egg yolk, egg and salt. Place into
canister and start the cycle.
Combine cream, vanilla sugar, and
honey. Just before start ing the cycle,
fold in egg yolk, egg, salt and raspberry
purée. Place into canister and start the
cycle.
