• Always wear your personal protective equipment when performing maintenance and cleaning work.
• The personal protective equipment consists of protective clothing, safety goggles, respirator mask
• Nobody without personal protective equipment may stay near the dust collecting drawer when filling
NOTICE
• Use only dry and oil-free compressed air (approx. 5 - 6 bar).
• If the input pressure is > 5 bar, the excess pressure escapes sidewise through the pressure
Connect the compressed air (1). Set the pressure relief valve to 5 bar and open the valve lever (2) on the
compressed air connection. Depending on the pressure, the compressed air produces a dedusting jet and
causes the dedusting nozzle to rotate inside the fine filter cartridge. The filter is cleaned by manually moving
the dedusting system up and down. Empty the separated dust from the dust collecting drawer (7)
(see Fig. 2 Functional Description on page EN-10) into the dust collecting bag supplied.
NOTICE
• The dust collecting drawer (7) must be emptied after every third cleaning of the filter.
Reinstall the dust collecting drawer (7) (see Fig. 2 Functional Description on page EN-12) and close it.
