IMPELLER MAINTENANCE

WARNING!
Shut off blower impeller before entering this area. Do not work in this area with engine running.
Every 50 hours, check the vacuum impeller shaft oil level. With the machine parked on a level surface, pull the Seat Lock (39) and tip the seat to the side. The
vacuum impeller oil level should be at Oil Level Plug (A) height. Add SAE 90 weight oil if necessary.
Every 250 hours, drain the oil (B) from the impeller shaft housing. Refill with SAE 90 weight oil to oil level plug height.
Check the Impeller Belts (C) every 250 hours. Adjust if loose, replace if damaged or worn.
PARKING BRAKE LEVER ADJUSTMENT
The parking brake lever should be re-adjusted to where it firmly holds it's (locked park) setting with out easily being released.
Normal adjustment of the parking brake can be accomplished from the operator compartment. Turn the handle knob on the end of the lever clockwise (CW) to
increase the brake tension. Note: If the knob adjustment is inadequate to firmly hold its brake setting, this indicates the need to inspect the brake shoes and cables
for excessive wear and the need for service replacement.

MANTENIMIENTO DEL ROTOR

ADVERTENCIA
Apagar el rotor del ventilador antes de entrar en esta zona. No trabajar en esta zona con el motor funcionando.
Cada 50 horas, compruebe el nivel de aceite en el eje del rotor. Con la máquina aparcada sobre una superficie nivelada, tire del Bloqueo del asiento (39) y lleve
éste hacia un lado. El nivel del aceite de vacío debería estar a la altura del Tapón del nivel de aceite (A). Añada aceite pesado SAE 90, si fuese necesario.
Cada 250 horas, drene el aceite (B) de la carcasa del eje del rotor. Vuelva a llenar con aceite pesado SAE 90 hasta la altura del tapón del nivel de aceite.
Compruebe las Poleas del rotor (C) cada 250 horas. Si alguna está floja, ajústela; cámbiela si está dañada o gastada.

AJUSTE DE LA PALANCA DEL FRENO DE PARADA

La palanca del freno de parada se deberá reajustar hasta que aguante firmemente su posición (cuando está puesta para aparcar), sin que se la pueda soltar
fácilmente.
El ajuste normal del freno de parada se puede hacer desde el compartimento del operador. Para aumentar la tensión del freno, gire el botón del mango, situado
en el extremo de la palanca, en el sentido de las agujas del reloj. Nota: el hecho de que el ajuste de botón no sea suficiente para que se aguante firmemente la
posición de frenado, puede indicar que es necesario inspeccionar las zapatas y cables del freno, por si estuvieran desgastados, o que es necesario proceder
a su substitución.
