‼ NOTE
When manual adjusting the intensity, the console will keep
behaving as it should based on the HR target settings.
A message of "No Heart Rate" is shown if the user's heart rate is
not detected during workout.

manual.

Manual
- Use "Speed & Incline + / - " buttons to navigate in main menu and
select "manual"
- Press "Enter/ Start" to confirm and enter the Setting screen.
Training duration goal programming display
- Use "Speed & Incline + / - " buttons to select an Energy, Time or
Distance goal, and confirm with "Enter / Start.
- Use "Speed & Incline + / - " buttons to set your desired duration
goal and and confirm with "Enter / Start.
Energy:
Range 50 ~ 2000
Time :
Range 10 ~ 180
Distance:
Range 3 ~ 100
- Press "Enter/ Start" to confirm and start the 3 seconds countdown
to activate the "Manual" mode.
All pre set profile programs are controlling the in intensity
automatically.
During workout mode
- Use "Speed control" keys to adjust the speed setting to your
requirements at any time.
- Use "Incline control" keys to adjust the incline setting to your
requirements at any time.
To "Pause/ end your workout" see commencing section in this
manual.

Preset Programs (fig. K-2)

Use "Speed & Incline + / - " buttons to navigate in main menu and
select "Preset Programs"
- Press "Enter/ Start" to confirm and enter the program selection
screen.
- Use "Speed & Incline + / - " buttons to select an "Preset Program"
5 profiles are speed controlled
Graphic profile preview is shown in green.
5 profiles are incline controlled
Graphic profile preview is shown in Blue.
Press "Enter/ Start" to confirm and enter the Setting screen.

‼ NOTE
When manual adjusting the speed by pressing the "Speed
control" buttons in a speed controlled profile, the console will
only apply the change on the active profile section.
When manual adjusting the incline by pressing the "Incline
control" buttons in an incline controlled profile, the console will
only apply the change on the active profile section.
The maximum/ minimum scaling option is related to the
highest/lowest profile settings, as the scaling cannot change the
profile.

Own Trainings

Use "Speed & Incline + / - " buttons to navigate in main menu and
select "Own Trainings"
- Press "Enter/ Start" to confirm and enter the program selection
screen.
‼ NOTE
- "No saved trainings where found" will be displayed when there is
no saved training.
- Use "Speed & Incline + / - " buttons to select an available stored
"Own training", and
The possible available speed controlled profiles will be recognized
when: Graphic profile preview is shown in green.
The possible available incline controlled profiles will be recognized
when: Graphic profile preview is shown in Blue.
Press "Enter/ Start" to confirm and enter the Setting screen.
Use "Speed & Incline + / - " buttons to select:
"Replay", "Edit" or "Delete.
"Replay"
- Select "Replay": Press "Enter/ Start" to confirm and start the 3
seconds countdown to activate the selected profile as a program.
"Edit"
- Use "Speed & Incline + / - " buttons to set your desired duration
goal and confirm with "Enter / Start.
Time :
Range 10 ~ 180
- Press "Enter/ Start" to confirm and start the 3 seconds countdown
to activate the selected Preset Program profile.
"Delete"
- Press "Enter/ Start" to confirm and the selected "Own profile" will
be deleted without an extra warning prompt.
During workout mode
- Use "Speed control" keys to adjust the speed setting to your
requirements at any time.
- Use "Incline control" keys to adjust the incline setting to your
requirements at any time.
- Use "User/ + (scale up)/ Select/ - (scale down)" button to scale up
the program profile as a whole.
