3 Connect app functions
3.1 Main menu
• Controls: Shows detailed mower status
and you can send commands to the mower.
• GeoFence: The house pin on the map
shows the starting point of the mower. A cir-
cle around the house pin indicates the radius
of the GeoFence. The second pin on the
map shows the actual position of the mower.
You can track the movement of the mower
with this feature, e.g. in case of theft. Click
the pin to show the mower coordinates.
• Configuration: Display and change all
available settings in the mower menu, with
the exception of the security settings.
3.2 My mowers
Displays the status of and allows you to man-
age all the mowers coupled to the account as
well as add new ones.
4 With a non-smartphone
(SMS only)

4.1 SMS settings

The SMS function must be activated from the
mower menu before it can be used. Select
Accessories > Automower Connect (mower
PIN required) > Communication > Use SMS.
The telephone numbers to the mobiles
allowed to communicate via SMS must be
entered into the list of SMS numbers. The
numbers must be entered with their country
codes, e.g. (+)46701234567. Up to three tele-
phone numbers can be entered onto the list.
SMS commands
With the SMS function activated, an SMS will
be sent to all the telephone number in the list
if the mower is found outside the GeoFence.
Certain information can also be retrieved from
the mower by sending it an SMS. An SMS with
the command "GET GPS INFO" to the mower
will give information concerning its position,
the origin of GeoFence and its radius together
with the GPS signal strength. Note that the
telephone of the sender must be specified in
the mower. A maximum of 10 SMS per month
can be sent from the mower.

– EN 301489-1 V1.9.2 (2011) Electromag-
netic compatibility and radio spectrum mat-
ters (ERM) – electromagnetic compatibility
(EMC) for radio equipment and services.
Part 1: Normal technical requirements.
– EN 301489-7 V1.3.1 (2005) Electromag-
netic compatibility and radio spectrum mat-
ters (ERM) – electromagnetic compatibility
(EMC) for radio equipment and services.
Part 7: Specific condition for mobile and por-
table radio and ancillary equipment in digital
cellular radio and telecommunication sys-
tems (GSM and DCS).
– EN 301 511 V9.0.2 Harmonized standard
for GSM 900 and GSM 1800.
