Installation:
1. Position the front wheel between the fork
legs and insert the axle from the left side
through the left fork leg and wheel hub.
To prevent any damage to the brake pads
fit the brake disk very carefully between the
pads.
Take care not to damage the ABS sensor (if
present) on the right caliper. (CBF500A)
2. Tighten the axle bolt(2) to the specified
torque. Front axle torque:
59 N•m (6,0 kgf•m)
3. Tighten the axle pinch bolts (1) on the fork
legs to the specified torque:
22 N•m (2,25 kgf•m)
4. Operate the front brake and pump the fork
several times.
