Convenient Functions
Advanced Editing of Sounds (PATCH EDIT)
Different combinations of multiple effects and settings are saved in
effect patches .
Here's how to use PATCH EDIT to edit all parameters in these effects .
1.
Follow the procedure in "Visually Editing the Sound (EZ
EDIT)" (p . 17) to display the EZ EDIT screen .
2.
Press the [
] (Cursor) button a number of times .
The PATCH EDIT screen appears .
Cursor
Select the effect that you want to edit .
DIAL
Turn the Dial to switch the
selected effect ON and OFF .
3.
Press the [ENTER] button .
A screen for editing effects appears (screenshots below are the AMP
screen and the MOD SELECT screen) .
Move Page Symbols (
When these symbols are displayed, other edit screens
appear when [
ENTER
Switches the effect ON and OFF .
MEMO
• You can display the AMP screen by pressing the [AMP] button
on the front panel .
• For details on parameters in effects, refer to "Effect Parameter
List" (p . 31) .

MENU of an EFFECT screen
In the effects-related screens such as PATCH SELECT or PATCH EDIT,
press the [MENU] button to display the EFFECT MENU screen .
EFFECT MENU
Explanation
Saves the patch currently being edited (or copies
WRITE/NAME
the currently selected patch) .
Exchanges the currently selected patch with
EXCHANGE
another patch .
Restores the effect settings to their default factory
INITIALIZE
state .
MEMO
The displayed MENU items differ depending on the screen or
the location of the cursor .
