The use of this equipment can cause personal injuries and reduce the operating life of the tyre changer.
Use only the recommended procedures and tools, in order to prevent accidents or damage to the tyre changer.
Wear OSHA-approved eye protection while using the tyre changer.
Wear protective, non-slip footwear while using the tyre changer.
Do not wear jewellery or loose clothing while using the tyre changer.
Wear an appropriate back support while lifting or removing tyres from the tyre changer.
WARNING: Keep hands and clothes away from moving parts.
Do not stand on the tyre changer.
Using rims and tyres of different sizes on the vehicle can affect the steering efficiency and jeopardise the vehicle handling
and braking.
WARNING: Do NOT inflate tyres on the tyre changer. The tyre changer is not a retaining device, nor is it a barrier
approved to ensure protection during inflation.
The Occupational Safety and Health Administration Standard 1910.177 establishes that tubeless and tube type tyres
of medium to large-sized trucks have to be inflated using a retaining device (for example a safety cage) or an OSHA-
approved barrier, using a tyre inflation connector with a pressure regulator and an extension hose.
WARNING: Never mount a tyre on a rim with a different diameter.
CAUTION: Do not clean electric tyre changers using water or pressure.
Do not use the tyre changer in the presence of worn plastic or rubber components.
Wheels equipped with low pressure sensors or with special use tyre and rim may require special procedures. Refer to
the manufacturer's service manuals.

GENERAL WARNINGS AND INSTRUCTIONS

WARNING: Proceed with caution to prevent any injuries. Carefully read, understand and observe the warnings
and instructions provided in this manual. This manual is an integral part of the product. for future
reference, store it together with the machine in a safe place.
1. Accidents could occur if the maintenance procedures described in this manual are not
executed correctly, or if the other instructions it contains are not observed. This manual
makes continuous reference to the possibility that accidents can occur. Any accident
could lead to serious or fatal injuries to the operator or people nearby, or cause material
damage.
2. Never attempt to mount tyres and rims that do not correspond. It is very dangerous. Tyres
and rims that do not correspond could explode and cause accidents.
3. Only the bead insertion operation is allowed on the tyre changer, without exceeding a
pressure of 0.5 bar.
