Table top doesn't turn. Motor whines
Motor runs two-phase.
- Replace inverter.
- Check that there are no detached wires on the plug, electrical socket, motor terminal board or inverter.
- Replace motor.
Gear unit noisy. The table top makes 1/3 of a revolution and then stops.
Gear unit seizing.
- Replace gear unit.
Table top fails to clamp wheels.
Table top cylinders defective.
- Replace table top cylinders.
Table top mounts or demounts tyres with difficulty
Insufficient belt tension.
- Adjust belt tension or replace it.
Vertical clamping inoperative.
Clamping plate not adjusted.
- Adjust clamping plate.
Clamping plate defective.
- Replace clamping plate.
Tyre pressure gauge needle fails to return to 0.
Pressure gauge faulty or damaged.
- Replace pressure gauge.

Before making any adjustments or carrying out maintenance, disconnect the electrical supply from the machine and
make sure that all moving parts are suitably immobilised.
WARNING
Do not remove or modify any parts of this machine (except in case of service interventions).
- The filter-pressure regulator-lubricator unit is equipped with a semi-automatic condensate drain device. The device operates
automatically whenever the compressed air supply is disconnected from the machine. Drain condensate manually when the
level rises above maximum mark.
- Clean the table top weekly: remove any residues of dirt. Use only with environment-friendly detergents.
