4.7 FUEL HEATING

In order to assure regular ignition and operation even at low temperatures the burner has an oil heater fit-
ted in combustion head.
The heater turns on when the thermostats close.
The enabling signal for burner start up comes through a thermostat on the nozzle holder once the optimal
ignition temperature is reached.
The heating remains on during operation and cuts out when the burner shuts-down.

4.8 MAINTENANCE POSITION

4.8.1
ACCESS TO THE FAN (see fig. 15).

IMPORTANT

!
Perform maintenance work only when strictly nec-
essary, taking great care not to damage or unbal-
ance the fan during cleaning.
Proceed as follows:
Remove the cover (1).
Remove the flange-fixing nut and pull out the
burner.
Hook the burner to the flange ( fig.1, 16 page 11).
IMPORTANT
!
Take careful note of the original position before
beginning any of these operations.
Loosen the three screws (2) and remove the air regulation unit (3).
The fan can now be cleaned, vacuuming out any dirt, taking care the dirt does not enter the air circuit.
Reassemble, following these instructions in reverse order, replacing the air regulation unit (3) in its orig-
inal position.
Tighten the three screws (2), with a torque no higher than 0.8 Nm.
