Storing/Conveyor station
Start prerequisites for retrieval
•
No workpiece is located on the conveyor.
•
The station is homed.
• There is at least one workpiece located in the storage area.
Retrieval sequence
You can select the color of the workpiece to be retrieved in the web service. If 'box' mode is set, no selection
needs to be made. By requisition in the web service or by inputting I7 on the control panel, the retrieval
sequence can be started.
1. The planar surface gantry moves to the storage level on which the workpiece is located.
2. The linear axis moves out and grips the workpiece.
3. The linear axis retracts and the planar surface gantry transports the workpiece to the conveyor.
4. The gripper is opened.
5. The conveyor transports the workpiece to the end of the conveyor.
6. Thereafter the workpiece is conveyed on to the next station if this is free.
7. Alternatively the workpiece can be removed from the light barrier at the end of the conveyor.
