Cables

Cables should be thoroughly flushed with water to pre-
vent damaging effects of drain cleaning compounds.
Periodically, lubricate cables and couplings with oil.
When not in use, store cables indoors to prevent deteri-
oration by the elements.
Cables should be replaced when they become severely
corroded or worn. A worn cable can be identified when
outside coils of cable become flat, or cable becomes limp.

Draining Water From Drum

By removing drum from machine (as outlined previ-
ously) water can be allowed to drain from drum.
