This fryer works with a thermostat, so it will switch on and switch off while it is frying to keep the desire
temperature.

USING FRYER
1. Unfold the wire mesh basket handle, squeeze the tines of the handle together and allow fitting into the
basket bracket,
2. Pour between 1.3-1.5 liters of oil into the fryer. The level of oil must be between the two marks marked,
MAX & MIN on the wall of the vessel.
IMPORTANT SAFETY WARNING: Always ensure the correct amount of oil is in the fryer before switching the
power on. The heating element will become overheated and the risk of oil fire if you do not follow this
instruction.
3. Plug the mains and set thermostat to the required temperature (see the reference menu). The power
indicator will out when the set temperature is reached.
4. Add the food (as dry as possible) into the basket first. Too many pieces lower the oil temperature causing
food to absorb oil and/or cook improperly. Place uniform sized pieces of food into the basket so that they
will cook evenly.
5. Place the basket back into the fryer.
6. After cooking time has elapsed, lift the basket out of the oil to drain.
FONDUE
This fondue has an adjustable temperature control. Making it possible to prepare various type of fondue,
such as classic meat fondue, cheese fondue, chinese fondue, chocolate fondue... Always use oil that is
suitable for high temperatures and replace it after some uses, this also applies when instead of oil used for
bouillon, cheese or chocolate.
Cheese fondue, chocolate fondue: 90ºC (heat up slowly, once in a while to obtain a smooth texture).
