Doffing the Prosthetic Socket
► Press and hold the release button on the ratchet unit and pull the resid­
ual limb with the liner out of the prosthetic socket.
7 Maintenance
► The prosthetic components should be inspected after the first 30 days of
use.
► Inspect the entire prosthesis for wear during normal consultations.
► Conduct annual safety inspections.
