    INTRODUZIONE Scopo di questa pubblicazione è quello di fornire al proprietario ed all’operatore istruzioni efficaci e sicure sull’uso e la manutenzione del prodotto.     INSTALLAZIONE ATTENZIONE Al momento della scelta del luogo d’installazione è necessario osservare le normative vigenti per sicurezza sul lavoro. In particolare la macchina deve essere installata ed utilizzata esclusivamente in ambienti riparati e che non presentino rischi di gocciola- mento sulla stessa. La macchina deve essere installata su pavimento stabile e rigido avente capacità...
  • Página 10 - L’utilizzatore deve eseguire le seguenti operazioni: • assemblare una spina elettrica conforme agli standard di sicurezza. • collegare la macchina ad una propria connessione elettrica dotata di un apposito interruttore automatico differenziale con sensibilità 30mA. • montare fusibili di protezione della linea di alimentazione, dimensionati secondo le indicazioni riportate nello schema elettrico generale contenuto nel presente manuale.

    4.2. rIEmPImENTo dELLA LAvArUoTE AVVERTENZA Non versare granuli dentro la lavaruote prima di avere posizionato correttamente la paratia di divisione. - Rimuovere il coperchio di ispezione della vasca di contenimento posizionato parte frontale della lavaruote. - All’interno della vasca di contenimento, al di sotto del coperchio di ispezione, è posizionata una paratia di separazione. Tale paratia ha la funzione di evitare che i granuli si accumulino nella parte anteriore della vasca di contenimento rendendone, quindi, diffi coltosa la loro raccolta da parte della pompa idraulica.

ATTENZIONE Assicurarsi che la ruota abbia un pneumatico delle dimensioni corrette per il cerchione al quale è accoppiato, e che il pneumatico sia gonfiato ad almeno 1 bar (15 psi).

    5.4. ASCIUGATURA RUOTA • Una volta terminata la fase di lavaggio (od ogniqualvolta durante il ciclo si prema il tasto “DRY”), sul display LCD apparirà la scritta “ASCIUGA- TURA” ed il motore della pompa idraulica giungerà all’arresto. Il motore elettrico continuerà, invece, a trascinare la ruota all’interno della camera di lavaggio.

    Per eseguire questo ciclo di pre-lavaggio applicare la seguente procedura: • Premere il tasto verde “RESET” e contemporaneamente il tasto “ 30” “. • Il display LCD mostrerà il messaggio “AVVIO” sulla prima riga ed il motore di trascinamento metterà in rotazione la ruota all’interno della camera di lavaggio.

    acqua solo 1 o 2 ore prima dell’apertura del negozio. La lavaruote, quindi, potrà garantire lavaggi con acqua calda fin dal primo ciclo di lavaggio senza per questo avere sprecato energia inutilmente durante la notte per mantenere l’acqua nella vasca di contenimento in temperatura. Per istruzioni specifiche riferirsi al paragrafo “IMPOSTAZIONE DELL’OROLOGIO INTERNO E DELLA TEMPORIZZAZIONE DEL DISPOSITIVO DI RISCALDAMENTO”.

    AVVERTENZA se la temperatura dell’acqua è già all’interno del range di valori prefissato, sul display LCd apparirà il messaggio “TEmPErATUrA oK” e dopo alcuni secondi il display tornerà alla schermata principale. Il sistema di riscaldamento verrà attivato (se non già precedentemente fatto) premendo i tasti “rEsET” e “WATEr hEATINg sYsTEm”.     Il messaggio “ARR.” inizierà a lampeggiare sulla prima linea del display LCD e comparirà “00:00” sulla seconda. Se il tempo di fine di avviamento del riscaldatore è stato precedentemente settato, la macchina mostrerà l’ora di fine corrente. A questo punto l’ora di fine potrà essere impostata o modificata.

NOTA: Continuando a utilizzare la lavaruote la pompa si riempie di granuli e va in blocco, portando a un sovraccarico del motore della pompa e al conseguente scatto della protezione termica dello stesso.

    ATTENZIONE Una volta riempito di granuli, il cestello deve essere rimosso con cautela a causa del suo considerabile aumento di peso. si suggerisce di utilizzare 2 differenti operatori per rimuovere il cestello pieno dalla camera di lavaggio. • Controllare il livello dei granuli all’interno del cestello. Il livello dei granuli non si deve trovare a meno di 10 mm (0,4”) dall’indicatore rosso posizio- nato sulla parete destra del cestello.

    INSTALLATION WARNING All regulations in force concerning safety at work must be complied with when choosing the installation position. In particular, the machi- ne must only be installed and operated in protected environments where there is no risk of it being exposed to dripping. The machine shall be installed on a stable, even and rigid fl oor in order to prevent it from undergoing any structural deformation with a loading capa- city of at least 700 kg/m .
