The front brake cable outer breaks down is made out
of two parts. One part from the brake lever
top of the fork, and another part
pivot.
1- Feed the cable housing
and position your handlebars in position on the stem.
2- Cut the cable housing

3- Position a brake cable housing ferrule
ferrule has a liner, cut it to leave only 2-3 mm), and
push the assembly into the fork pivot.
4- Prepare the lower cable outer

5- Position a second brake cable housing ferrule
(if your ferrule has a liner, cut it to leave only 2-3 mm),
and push the assembly into the fork pivot.
6- Take the plastic tube out of the cable pipe
7- Insert the cable into the plastic tube and insert the
whole assembly into the cable pipe.
8- Refit the cable pipe and the cable housing
until they stop.
9- Engage the cable pipe into the cable pipe holder
10 .
10- Feed the cable into the cable guide
11- Hold the cable using the cable clamp
