Frame routing with an electronic groupset (Shimano Di2 type)

1-
Remove the cap on the horizontal tube

Feed in your whole electrical loom as
recommended by the manufacturer. (Use the
white pre-routing tubes)

Install the cable guides in the bottom
bracket. Only the rear electric wire must run
through the bottom bracket. Fit the liner guides
,② locking the wire into the internal grooves

(fig. 3), then tighten the flange
screws

Install the removable electric wire guide
for the front derailleur (E+D) (cf. CLAMPING
REMOVABLE STOPS)
5-
Install the electric wire guide
rear chainstay exit.
6-
Stick the LOOK
Clean and degrease the surface for optimum
glueing.

Frame routing with a mechanical groupset

1-
Remove the cap on the horizontal tube.
2-
Guide the derailleur cable outers into the frame. (Use the black-prerouting tubes). The
cable outers come out of the frame by the large hole left by the cap.
3-
Put the removable internal mechanical stop A at the end of the front derailleur cable
outer, then thread it into the frame. The cable outer must be slightly pulled out of the housing to
screw up this stop. It is recommended that the a length of derailleur cable is fed into the cable
outer at this moment so as not to lose the end.
4-
Thread the derailleur cable outer guides H onto the holes in the cap. Use a small flat
non-cutting screwdriver if necessary.
5-
Guide the derailleur cable outers into the two cable guides in the cap. The rear derailleur
cable outer into the right-hand hole, the front into the left hand hole.
6-
Refix the cap on the horizontal tube.
7-
Install the derailleur cable outer guide F at the rear chainstay exit
