Caring for your liner
Clean the liner after each use and at least once daily

D o not put the liner in the washing machine or dryer.

Turn the liner inside out and wash it using lukewarm water and
the neutral Ottobock special cleaning lotion DERMA Clean. Rinse
thoroughly. Use only your hands and no other utensils to wash
the liner.

Do not use any soaps with perfume or dye additives or alcoholic
cleaning agents with an antibacterial action. These could damage
the liner material and cause skin irritation.

Make sure that no soap residue remains and then dry the inside
surface of the liner with a lint-free cloth. When doing this, check
the liner for wear and damage. If you notice any changes, contact
your medical supply company.
Turn the liner back the right way round. Clean the outside

likewise under a tap or with a damp cloth.

Leave the liner to dry (if possible overnight) in its correct shape
on the liner drying stand. The liner stand is available in a small
size (5Y100=1 for transtibial liners) and a large version
(5Y100=2 for transfemoral liners + 6Y93F).

Please note that you should NEVER leave the liner to dry on a
radiator.
