Risk of injury if the emergency/safety cut-out does not work. Iftheemergency/safetycut-out
mechanismdoesnotswitchoffthedevicewhenoperatingthestopbutton(e.g.duringthecheckswe
recommendtoperformonaweeklybasis),thenthereisamalfunctionandthedevicemustbeinspected
byaspecialistdealer/physiotherapistpriortoanyfurtheruse.
CAUTION
Risk of injury due to incorrect table height setting. WhenadjustingthetableheightoftheStanding
Framemakesurethattheemergency/safetycut-outdevicehassufficientdistancetothehandrail's
crosstubetoensureproperfunctionoftheautomaticemergency/safetycut-outmechanism.Itmight
benecessarytoadjusttheelectricstraprewinderhigher.
Table height:Toadjustthetableheight,releasetheclampinglevers(Fig.8)andadjusttheta-
blesothatthetableboardpadislocated(inaccordancewiththeindividualrequirements)be-
tweenthesternumandtheupperedgeofthepelvisoftheuserwheninthestandingposition.
The table board pad must never be set below the upper edge of the pelvis!
Afteradjustmentretightentheclampinglevers.
• Emergency/safety cut-out stop button: Toadjustthestopbuttonoftheemergency/safety
cut-outmechanism,loosenthelocknut(Fig.9)andturnthestopbuttononthethreadofthe
stopbar(Fig.10).
Thestopbuttonissetcorrectlyifthemotorisnotyetswitchedoffwhenthedesiredstanding
positionisachievedbutautomaticemergency/safetycut-outisabouttooccurimmediately.
Afteranyadjustmenthasbeencarriedoutmakesuretoretightenthelocknut.
INFORmATION
Afteranemergency/safetycut-outhasoccurred,boththerewindandunwindfunctionsareshutoff.
Thestopbarmustbebroughtintoitsoriginalposition.
