- When the min value is reached, release the HOLD button to change back to normal mode.
HOLD (> 2s) : A AC or A DC

RANGE: range selection

When switched On, range selection is on automatic mode.
- Press the RANGE button to select the manual mode: RANGE is displayed.
- By successive presses, select the 1st, 2nd or 3rd measurement range on the main display.
- Press and hold to reset the clamp to automatic mode.
Auto mode
NB: There is no manual range selection for the frequency and crest factor functions.
The RANGE button remains On for the HOLD and RECORD modes.

SMOOTH: Filtered value

- Press this button once: SMOOTH is displayed
The digital value of the measured quantity is filtered (average over 3 seconds), which has
the effect of attenuating display instabilities on fluctuating signals.
- A second press resets the clamp to normal mode.
Normal mode
NB: The SMOOTH mode is inaccessible on HOLD and RECORD-PAUSE and has no effect
on the bargraph. On RECORD mode, press the SMOOTH button to reinitialise the
RECORD mode, i.e. to cancel the previously recorded values and restart RECORD
mode.

The " YELLOW " button allows, by successive presses, measurement:
- on AC modes (AC and AC + DC):
