5. ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Step 2
Remove the hex screw (31) and pull the safety pin (32) from the main frame (1). Then slide
the roller rail (6) into the main frame (1). First fasten the roller rail using a hex screw (31),
a washer (14) and a nut (23). Then fasten the screw knob (33) and a washer (58) to the
main frame (1). Now reinsert the safety pin (32) into the front hole on the main frame (1).
NOTE: To collapse the rowing machine, first loosen the screw knob (33) and the safety
pin (32) and then flip the roller rail upward. After flipping up the roller rail, reinsert the safety
pin (32) into the main frame (1) to fasten.
Remove both hex screws (9) and spacer (10) from the back end of the roller rail (6). Slide
the seat (22) onto the roller rail (6).
Mount the spacer (10) to the roller rail (6) using 2 hex screws (9).
Also fit the end caps (28/29) to the end of the roller rail (6).
