Careful when removing the portafilter from the device! There may be
hot liquids in the portafilter or on the filter inserts which can drip.
Before commencing with cleaning work: switch off the device and let it cool.
Fold the portafilter's fixing bracket upwards so that
the filter insert does not fall out and bang the espresso
power in the bin or remove the capsule/pad.
Align the notch on the edge of the filter insert with the
handle when inserting and removing and insert/remove
the insert in the portafilter.
