Commissioning
Uncontrolled actuator movements when the pneumatics are
switched on
Danger of injury if the system is in an undefined state or if the
manual overrides are set to position '1'.
O
Put the system in a defined state before switching it on.
O
Make sure that all manual overrides are set to position
'0'.
O
Make sure that no personnel are within the hazardous
zone when the compressed air supply is switched on.
1. Switch on the operating voltage.
2. Check the LED indications on the bus module if necessary
(see the respective manual).
3. Switch on the compressed air supply.
