per il passaggio del tubo scarico acqua di condensa, mediante schiuma poliuretanica e silicone (VEDI FIG.24).
Montare il terminale 90°: eseguire 3 fori sul bordo esterno nei punti più idonei per il suo fissaggio, forando anche la carrozzeria retrostante.
Applicare bene il sigillante su tutto il perimetro di contatto del terminale contro la parete del veicolo; applicare antiossidante e
sigillante intorno ai fori eseguiti sulla carrozzeria quindi, dopo aver posizionato il terminale, fissarlo mediante le viti autofilettanti fornite
3,9x16. (VEDI FIG.33).
Fissare il tubo refrigerante alla carrozzeria mediante la fascetta fermatubo con viterie fornite, forando in opera, dopo aver
applicato antiossidante e sigillante adeguato (VEDI FIG.34)
Montare, all'interno della cabina, la copertura del blocco evaporatore (VEDI FIG.35)

Assemble the 90° terminal: make 3 holes on the outer border on the most appropriate points for its fastening, drilling the bodywork at the
back. Spread the sealant well on all the area of contact between the terminal and the vehicle's wall; put the antioxidant and the
sealant around the holes made on the chassis, then fasten it with the self-tapping screws 3.9x16 given after the terminal has been
positioned (SEE FIG.33).
Fasten the coolant pipe to the bodywork using the pipe clamp with the screws supplied, drilling the necessary holes, after
applying an appropriate rustproof seal (SEE FIG.34)
Assemble the cover of the evaporator block inside the cab (SEE FIG.35)

Monter le terminal 90°: exécuter 3 trous sur le bord externe dans les points plus appropriés pour sa fixation, en perçant également la
carrosserie arrière. Bien appliquer le produit de scellement sur tout le périmètre de contact du terminal contre la paroi du véhicule;
appliquer de l'anti-oxydant et du produit de scellement autour des trous exécutés sur la carrosserie puis, après avoir positionné le
terminal, le fixer au moyen de vis auto-taraudeuse fournies 3,9x16 (VOIR FIG.33).
Fixer le tube réfrigérant à la carrosserie au moyen de collier serre-tube avec visseries fournies, en perçant en oeuvre, après avoir
appliqué de l'anti-oxydant et de colle adéquate (VOIR FIG.34)
Monter, à l'intérieur de la cabine, la couverture du bloc évaporateur (VOIR FIG.35)

Kondenswasserabflussleitung mit Polyurethanschaum und Silikon ABDICHTEN (SIEHE ABB.24).
Das 90°-Endstück einbauen: 3 Löcher am Außenrand an den passendsten Stellen für die Befestigung bohren, dabei auch die dahinter
liegende Karosserie durchbohren. Dichtmasse gründlich um die ganze Kontaktfläche des Endstücks an der Fahrzeugwand
auftragen, Oxidationsschutz und Dichtmasse um die in der Karosserie gebohrten Löcher herum auftragen, dann das Endstück ansetzen
und mit den mitgelieferten selbstschneidenden Schrauben 3,9x16 befestigen (SIEHE ABB.33).
Die Kühlmittelleitung mit der Schlauchklemme und den mitgelieferten Schrauben an der Karosserie befestigen, dazu das
entsprechende Loch bohren und zunächst geeignetes Oxidationsschutz- und Dichtmittel auftragen (SIEHE ABB. 34).
Im Fahrerhaus die Abdeckung des Verdampferblocks montieren (SIEHE ABB. 35).
