Per l'installazione, è importante attenersi scrupolosamente alle indicazioni riportate nel presente manuale.

Il costruttore declina ogni responsabilità, in caso di danni a cose e persone provocati da installazioni o variazioni non conformi
dell'impianto.
E' consigliabile installare II condizionatore "Autoclima Fresco Plus" su veicoli con parete posteriore della cabina avente uno spessore
compreso tra 2 cm e 7 cm (VEDI FIG.1).
È' INDISPENSABILE UTILIZZARE IL TUBO SPECIALE COD.80821097 (VEDI FIG.2) (NON FORNITO CON L'IMPIANTO MA A
RICHIESTA) PER ESEGURE LA CARICA DI REFRIGERANTE.
IL MANCATO UTILIZZO DEL TUBO SPECIALE, ESENTA AUTOCLIMA DA OGNI RESPONSABILITA' PER EVENTUALI ANOMALIE
CHE POSSONO VERIFICARSI.
Sulla dima evaporatore fornita con il set di montaggio sono segnati, oltre ai fori Ø6 per il suo fissaggio, anche 2 fori Ø60 e Ø20 per il
passaggio piastra raccordi e tubo scarico acqua di condensa (VEDI FIG.3). Accertarsi che non esistano ingombri od interferenze nei
punti dove si dovranno ESEGUIRE QUESTI 2 FORI.
La posizione del blocco evaporatore, all'interno della cabina, è vincolata alla posizione del blocco condensatore all'esterno, sulla parete
retrostante. Le 2 unità NON devono distare troppo l'una dall'altra in quanto il tubo di collegamento tra le stesse ha una lunghezza limitata,
(circa 1 metro). Inoltre la piastra raccordi in uscita dall'evaporatore deve SEMPRE risultare più in alto rispetto ai raccordi di ingresso/uscita
del blocco condensatore.
Il box centraline elettriche deve essere posizionato all'interno del veicolo, in un vano adeguatamente areato (eventualmente praticare
un'apertura da chiudere con una griglia) in modo tale che i 3 cablaggi ad essa collegati, raggiungano agevolmente l'evaporatore, il
condensatore e la morsettiera per l'alimentazione (+12V) / (+24V) posta in cabina, sotto la plancia del cruscotto; più precisamente:
l'evaporatore non deve distare più di 2,5 metri dal box centraline elettriche.
il condensatore non deve distare più di 2,5 metri dal box centraline elettriche.
il box centraline elettriche non deve distare più di 4,5 metri dalla morsettiera di alimentazione.

We recommend the installation of the "Autoclima Fresco Plus" conditioner on vehicles with a rear cabin wall with a thickness of between
2 and 7 cm (SEE FIG.1).
IT IS COMPULSORY TO USE THE SPECIAL PIPE CODE 80821097 (SEE FIG.2)
(NOT SUPPLIED WITH THE SYSTEM BUT
AVAILABLE TO ORDER) TO FILL UP THE COOLANT.
FAILURE TO USE THE SPECIAL PIPE EXONERATES AUTOCLIMA FROM EVERY RESPONSIBILITY FOR FAULTS WHICH MAY
OCCUR.
On the evaporator template supplied together with the assembly set, are indicated, besides the Ø6 holes for fastening the evaporator, 2
Ø60 and Ø20 holes for the connections plate and the draining of condensed water (SEE FIG.3). Make sure there are no obstructions or
obstacles on the spots where these 2 HOLES WILL BE MADE.
The position of the evaporator unit inside the cabin is bound to the position of the condenser placed outside, on the back wall. The 2 units
MUST NOT be too far from each other since the hose connecting the two has limited length, (about 1 metre). In addition, the connections
plate outgoing from the evaporator must ALWAYS be at a higher level than the incoming/outgoing connections of the condenser.
The central electric units box must be positioned inside the vehicle, in an adequately ventilated compartment (if necessary, make an
opening and close it with a grid) so that the 3 wired connected to it can easily reach the evaporator, the condenser and the terminal block
for the (+12V) / (+24V) power supply in the cab, under the dashboard:
The evaporator must be no further than 2.5 metres from the central electric units box.
The condenser must be no further than 2.5 metres from the central electric units box.
The central electric units box must be no further than 4.5 metres from the power supply terminal block.
