TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEM
CAUSE
The power supply cord is not plugged
in to the power socket.
The machine does not
turn on.
The main on/off switch "G" is positioned
on "0".
No water in the tank.
The capsule is not inserted in the cap-
sule compartment.
The capsule inserted does not dispense
coff ee.
The moveable part of the top of the
machine is not completely closed.

Connect the plug to a socket which complies with the technical specifi cations indicated in the data plate "M" under
the base of the machine.
Position the main on/off switch "G" on "I".
Fill tank "L" with water.
Insert a capsule in the capsule compartment "B".
Remove the capsule by disengaging and lifting the lever "A" and collect it from the capsule tray "D". Close the capsule
compartment "B" and dispense a small quantity of water. Insert the capsule again and start brewing.
Lift the lever "A" and make sure that you have inserted the capsule correctly. Lower the moving part and lock by lowering
the lever "A". Press the

Try to dispense water without inserting the capsule into the compartment "B".
Make sure that you have used an "Iperespresso" capsule for domestic use, identifi ed by the "Single-dose ground coff ee
