2. Trennen Sie den Anlagenteil von der Versorgungsspannung.
3. Tauschen Sie das Gerät aus.

Intended use
The solenoid coil with electrical connector is an electrical component.
The product may be used as follows:
W
The solenoid coil with electrical connector fulfills the requirements specified
in the ATEX Directive (EU Directive 94/9/EC, resp. 2014/35/EU from 2016
and successor legislation, on the harmonization of the laws of the Member States
on protective devices and systems for use in potentially explosive atmospheres)
for equipment category 3 (3G for gases/vapors and 3D for dusts) and may be
used as intended in explosive areas in zone 2 and zone 22.
W
The solenoid coil may only be mounted on base valves from AVENTICS GmbH
which have been tested in compliance with the ATEX directive or qualify
as devices without their own potential source of ignition.
The product is intended for professional use only.
Intended use includes having read and understood this documentation,
especially the chapter "Notes on Safety".
Improper use
Any use other than that described under Intended use is improper and is not
permitted.
The installation or use of unsuitable products in safety-relevant applications can
result in unanticipated operating states in the application that can lead to personal
injury or damage to equipment. Therefore, only use a product in safety-relevant
applications if such use is specifically stated and permitted in the product
documentation. For example, in areas with explosion protection or in safety-related
components of control systems (functional safety).
AVENTICS GmbH is not liable for any damages resulting from improper use.
The user alone bears the risks of improper use of the product.
Improper use of the product includes:
W
use in firedamp protection areas,
W
use of the product for any application not stated in this documentation or
W
use of the product under operating conditions that deviate from those described
in this documentation.
Personnel qualifications
Assembly and commissioning require basic electrical and pneumatic knowledge.
Assembly and commissioning may therefore only be carried out by qualified
electrical or pneumatic personnel or an instructed person under the direction
and supervision of qualified personnel.
Qualified personnel are those who can recognize possible hazards and institute
the appropriate safety measures, due to their professional training, knowledge,

result in death or serious injury.
General instructions
W
Observe the regulations for accident prevention and environmental protection.
W
Observe the safety instructions and regulations of the country in which the
product is used or operated, particularly those for explosive areas.
W
Only use AVENTICS products that are in perfect working order.
