OATMEAL CARROT CAKE

INGREDIENTS:
• 1 cup (250ml) of all-purpose flour
• 2 eggs medium format
• 1 cup (250ml) oatmeal
• 3 carrots, grated
• ¾ cup (190ml) white sugar
• ¾ cup (190 ml) vegetable or canola oil
• ¼ cup (65ml) brown sugar
• ½ teaspoon (2.5 ml) cinnamon
• ½ teaspoon (2.5 ml) baking powder
• ½ teaspoon (2.5 ml) baking soda
• ¼ teaspoon (1.25 ml) salt
• ¼ teaspoon (1.25 ml) ground nutmeg
PREPARATION: Refer to the ''HOW TO USE'' section to operate the appliance

In a large mixing bowl, combine dried ingredient: oatmeal, sugar, flour, cinnamon,
brown sugar, baking soda, baking powder, salt and ground nutmeg.

In a separate bowl, incorporate the egg, the oil and carrots.

Pour the liquid mixture over the dried mixture. Mix with a wooden spoon.

Pour into the cooking pot.

Close the lid a ''click'' is heard then plug the appliance.

Press ''BAKE '' function.
NOTE: In any setting, the time can be changed by pressing the ''+'' and ''-''
NOTE: These presets is for reference only. Actual cooking times may vary.
Press START button to accept the setting.

The COOKING light will illuminate; no pressure will build inside the unit in this
function.
9.
Once cooking time is over; the appliance will beep 5 times and automatically
switch to WARM mode.
10. Remove the lid.
