6 Maintenance intervals

6 Maintenance intervals
The extraction system must be cleaned and inspected as part of maintenance by qualified personnel. Any dirty parts that
cannot be cleaned adequately must be replaced. These dirty parts must be placed in bags that are impermeable (so dust
cannot escape) and disposed of in accordance with regulatory stipulations.
NOTICE
• The specified maintenance intervals are standard values and refer to single-shift operation.
• We recommend recording the inspections. The date of the inspection, the detected defects and the name of the
inspector must be recorded.
Check the following:
Daily
• Visual inspection of the xFUME ROBO suction nozzle:
Has the suction nozzle become loose?
• Visual inspection of all installed hoses:
Are the hoses damaged?
• Visual inspection of all installed discs, distributors and
connecting parts:
Have the discs or connecting parts become loose or
damaged?

Weekly
• Visual inspection of the xFUME ROBO suction nozzle:
Is the suction nozzle soiled?
• Visual inspection of all installed hoses:
Has any soiling occurred inside the hoses?
• Visual inspection of all installed discs, distributors and
connecting parts:
Has any soiling occurred inside the connecting parts
and distributors?
