• Make a call from Contacts
1. Press the [Names] screen key. The contact data is displayed in alphabetical order.
2. Press the
keys to scroll to the contact you want.
3. Press the
key to select the desired number.
Tip: You can use the search function to avoid having to go through all the contacts to find the one you want. For
example if you are looking for a contact with the first letter W, press the button 9.
• Change the name / number in contacts
To change a specific contact, follow the steps in the previous section until you find the desired contact. Then press
the [Options] screen key.
Choose "Edit" from the menu and press [OK]
You can now change the name of the contact.
If a wrong character has been entered, it can be erased with [Clear].
Save the name change by pressing [OK].
• Delete data in contacts
1. Press the [Name] screen key to display the contacts in alphabetical order.
2. Scroll down to the desired contact and press [Options].
3. Scroll down to [Delete] in the menu and press [OK]

• Set date & time
Your phone has an internal clock indicating the call time and date. It is also used by the automatic answering system.
1. Press [Menu] and then scroll down to the symbol
2. Date / Time screen displays the date and time currently set. This can then be set.
Make sure that the date is given in the format DD.MM.YYYY (Day.Month.Year).
The date of 16 March 2013 is given as follows: "16.03.2013"
3. Once set, press [OK] to confirm the data.
• Caller ID - Operation
If your network operator allows the identification of the calling number, it is visible, if it is not hidden. Whether
you take a call or not, the caller details will be saved in the received calls list.
The list of received calls stores the last 50 incoming calls. You can view the numbers on the list and call them.
During a call, the number of the caller is displayed on the screen. If the caller hides the number, the word "Private"
appears on the screen.
If the calls list is full and a call comes in, the oldest number in the list is deleted.
The most recent calls are displayed first. The words "Unanswered" is displayed on the screen of the mobile hand-
set. This symbol is displayed until the number assigned is consulted.
Tip: The Caller ID feature only works if your network operator allows it.
• Browse received calls
If you received a new call that you did not answer, "new call" appears on the screen. You can view the list of calls
as follows:

2. The phone displays the last call information. The information contains the telephone number, and the date and
time of the call. If this information has not been consulted yet, the word "Unanswered" is displayed on the screen.
If the phone number is already registered under a name, it is also displayed.
