c. Using contacts
Up to 150 entries can be stored with name and phone number in the contacts of each handset. Every name and
number can contain up to 20 characters.
Tip: The contact data can not be transferred from one mobile handset to another. Once a number is registered,
a call may be issued with fewer keystrokes.
• Save a name / number
1. Open the menu and select the symbol
2. Press the [OK] screen key and scroll down to "New entry". Press the [OK] key again
3. Then enter the new name. Press the digit keys one or more times until the desired letter appears (see table
below). Press the
4. Then enter the desired phone number with the pre-set number (maximum 20 characters).
After finishing the entry, press the [OK] screen key. The handset saves the contact and returns to the contacts
display.
Tip: If a wrong character has been entered, it can be deleted with the [Clear] screen key. If you want to enter
two characters in a row located on the same key, you must wait 2 seconds for the marker to shift one position.
