Adjusting mechanical timer
The timer allows to pour the mix in ahead
of time and have slush ready to serve at
the programmed time (unattended ope-
ration). The timer determines when the
machines is in slush mode or cold drink/
maintenance mode.
Set the timer only with the main
power switch in OFF position.

Standard machines
The consistency of the slush may
be adjusted by means of the
screw shown in the figure:
Raise the consistency (+): turn the
valve anticlockwise.
Lower the consistency (-): turn
the valve clockwise.

unplug the machine from
the mains.
Turn the thermostat
The order of the ther-
mostat is the same as
the order of the bowls.
