Dismantling / Cleaning
Disassemble the bowl
Raise the front
part of the bowl to
release it.
Remove the mixer

Take out the mixer and
remove the seal (A)
Remove the Twist Tap
(Twist/V.mix models)
See annex: assembly -
disassembly Twist tap.
7.Cleaning
Prepare a sanitizing
solution
Fill a container with
sanitizer solution
mixed in water (2%
of sodium hypoclo-
rite mixed in water
(bleach)).
Remove bowl and seal
Remove from its seat the bowl by pushing and tapping li-
ghtly on the rear part.

7.4 Cleaning parts and machine

If the seal of the bowl
(B) remains on the
evaporator, remove
it.
If the seal of the bowl
(B) is attached to the
bowl, separate it.
Remove the drip
tray
Lift the tray with the grid
on top of it and pull it out.
Remove the float and the
grid and empty its con-
tent.
Clean the evaporator
Wash the evapo-
rator rubbing the
entire surface with
a cloth or sponge,
clean the tray and
the drainage holes.
Rinse with generous
amounts of water.
