The terminal box on the pump cable may not be

fully removed. Cut shock-proof plug from network
cable and wire accordingly. Operating the A.C.
pumps without motor capacitor will destroy the
pump in question !!

T1, T2:
Connection for motor protection "WSK" (Coil Protection Contact)
or PTC (motor protection with resistor). The terminals are to be
bridged in the case of submersible motor-driven pumps without
"WSK".
TI (DI):
Tightness indicator for Wilo-Drain TP80, TP100, TP150 pumps

Niveau (level):
By using the level sensor connect the 2-leaded cable to the
switch device corresponding the enclosed wiring diagram, if
necessary by using the safety barrier for the EX-area.
If the "float" level indicator is used connect the necessary float-
switches (max. 5).
Emergency control for flooding: (see menu 2.21)
In order to be able to switch on the pump(s) automatically in case
of a defect of the level sensor even in rising water levels, the
installation of a high water float swich is recommended (look 4.4
accessories) according to Fig. 6, float switch 5.

Commissioning

We recommend having the system commissioned by Wilo custo-
mer service.

Maintenance

We recommend having the system inspected by WILO customer
yearly, but if necessary the level sensor must be cleaned and chek-
ked in shorter periods according the contamination level of the
medium.
