2016/1628, (EU) 2017/654 and (EU) 2017/656 as well.

assembled is declared in compliance with the requirements of 2006/42/EC Directive and the national

Instructions for the assembly
For the correct assembly of the quasi-machine EMAK Engine in the final machine, following terms have
to be met:
No Engine component has to be replaced, modified, tampered or removed.
The final machine, where the EMAK engine is assembled, has not to exceed the foreseen engine speed
indicated by the manufacturer.
During the assembly of the engine in the final machine, the correct alignment of the rotating components
must be guaranteed; the engine assembly in the final machine or the maintenance operations must never
damage the engine or cause unforeseen efforts .
The final machine must be equipped with the necessary instructions for a correct engine use.
The engine working in safety is guaranteed only under maintenance presence, carried out by specialized
workshops, using original spare-parts.
