10. EXPLOSIVE GASES DETECTION. All standards

ALARM LEVELS

When EUROSONDELCO Control Unit is programmed for explosive gases detection, then 3 programmable alarm levels by
module line are automatically enabled.
WARNING: An acoustic signal goes off when the 10% L.E.L. is reached -default level programmed-.
PRE-ALARM: An acoustic signal goes off and Relay 1 in Group 1 is activated when the 20% L.E.L. is reached
-default level programmed-.
ALARM: An acoustic signal goes off and Relay 2 in Group 1 is activated when the 40% L.E.L. is reached -default
level programmed-.
Same for Group 2 with Relays 3 and 4.
NOTE: The GENERAL ALARM relay is unoperative for explosive gases.

CHANGE OF ALARM LEVELS

If the WARNING, PRE-ALARM and ALARM default programmed values need to be changed, then proceed as follows:
1. Press PROGRAMMING
"Insert Code -engineer-" will be displayed.
2. Insert the code -default 66666, by pressing five times ENTER-
"Group Number" will be displayed.
3. Press FORWARD
"Groups Conf." will be displayed.
4. Press PROGRAMMING
"Group 1" will be displayed.
5. Press FORWARD if you want to configure another group -if more than 1 has been programmed-.
6. Press FORWARD until reaching the wanted value -Warning, Pre-Alarm, Alarm-.
7. Press PROGRAMMING to enter and select the wanted level -from 10% to 90% in jumps of 10-.
8. Press ENTER to memorise and exit the menu.

MANUAL REARMING OF ALARM LEVELS

Levels of WARNING, PRE-ALARM, ALARM and their relays will be memorised by the module line. They can be manually
rearmed by pressing ACOUSTICS INHIBITION that, with explosive gases detection, acts as ALARM ACCEPTANCE.
The manual rearming will only be possible if the concentrations that activate each one of the levels are under the
programmed levels.
FUNCTIONING:
One of the following messages will be display: "Warn.", "Preala", "Alarm".
1. Press ACOUSTICS INHIBITION.
The module line internal acoustic, the status memory and the correspondent relay manoeuvre will be cancelled,
but just if the level that activated it is under the one programmed.

MANUAL ACTIVATION OF ELECTROVALVES

The VENTILATION (AUTO/ MAN/ STOP) push button function is to manually activate the gas cutting electrovalves in each
