Repetition of assisted cooking
On completion of the procedure and depending
on the type of food, the oven will ask you if you
wish to repeat the procedure.
The cooking procedure will be repeated with
the same parameters as selected in the initial
cooking procedure, provided the 33 minute
maximum operating time (including the pre-
heating) has not been exceeded.
Tips for optimum cooking with the
SteakMaster
HOW TO USE THE SPECIAL SteakMaster
GRILL
For optimum results, you should cook with the
SteakMaster grill supplied with the oven. The
grill must always be preheated before cooking
with the oven empty, to reach the ideal temper-
ature for sealing the food.
The SteakMaster grill is designed for cooking
on both sides based on the thickness of the
food to be cooked. The grill should be placed
in the position shown to obtain the best results.
Rest the guide on the removable guides sup-
plied with the oven, as these will help you to
insert and remove the grill more easily.

User Manual
When the food is put inside the oven, it should
be placed directly on the grill. This has a central
"T"-shape mark to help you place the food in
the centremost position. The design of the grill
allows you to easily identify the maximum sur-
face to be used, as the height is different. Out-
side this perimeter, the SteakMaster function is
no longer effective.
