Tips for optimum cleaning of the SteakMaster grill
To clean the SteakMaster grill, we recom-
mend that you heat the SteakMaster using the
manual function (for 33 minutes) to carbo-
nize any food remains which have become
attached.
Then it will be possible to detach these remains
from the grill, while it is still hot, using a wire
brush or pad.
Selecting the Oven Demo mode
The demo mode will allow you to browse
through and discover all the functions of your
oven without risk as the oven does not heat up
in this mode. While the Demo mode is active,
the word DEMO is always displayed on the
oven screen.

To switch the Demo mode on or off, from the
main menu of the oven, press and hold down
the touch buttons
for 3 seconds. When DEMO mode is on, the
message "DEMO" is displayed permanently in
the lower centre of the screen.
