10 DISPOSAL
At the end of their life, the heat pumps should be
disposed of in line with the regulations in force.
WARNING:
this
fluorinated greenhouse gases included
under the Kyoto Protocol. Maintenance
and disposal must only be carried out
by qualified personnel.
INFORMATION FOR USERS
In
reference
to
Directives
2012/19/EU, in relation to reducing the use of
hazardous substances in electrical and electronic
equipment and disposing of waste.
The crossed-out wheelie bin symbol
displayed on the appliance or on the
packaging indicates that, at the end
of its useful life, the product must be
disposed of separately, and not with
general household waste.
The user must therefore take the appliance to a
suitable
recycling
plant
electronic waste at the end of its useful life.
Alternatively, it should be returned to the retailer
when purchasing a new replacement appliance
by way of an exchange.
Correctly sorting the appliance for recycling,
processing or environmentally friendly disposal
helps
avoid
any
negative
environment and human health, and promotes the
reuse or recycling of the materials that make up
the appliance.
Illegal disposal of the appliance by the user carries
an administrative sanction as provided for by the
regulations in force.
The main materials the appliance is made up of
are:

Aluminium;
Polyurethane.
11 WARRANTY
Should the appliance require work under warranty,
please contact your local authorised service
centre. The relevant addresses are provided in the
usage manuals for our products and online. To
avoid any inconvenience, we suggest that you
read the instruction manual carefully before
requesting work under warranty.

11.1
Warranty
This warranty covers the product it came with at
the time of purchase.
Under this warranty, the product is guaranteed
against any material or manufacturing defects for
a period of TWO YEARS as of the original date of
purchase.
Should
you
encounter
manufacturing defects during this period under
warranty (based on the original purchase date),
we shall endeavour to repair or replace the
product or its defective parts within the terms and
conditions stated below, at no cost for labour or
replacement parts.
The support service reserves the right to replace
defective
products
or
reconditioned products or parts. All replaced
products and parts shall become the property of
the MANUFACTURER.
11.2
Conditions
Work performed under warranty shall only be
performed
if
the
presented within the period covered by the
warranty, together with the original sales
invoice or sales receipt (showing the date of
purchase, type of product and name of the
retailer). The MANUFACTURER reserves the right
to refuse the work under warranty where these
documents are not presented or where the
information is incomplete or illegible. This
warranty shall lapse where the model or serial
number shown on the product has been
altered, crossed out, removed or is illegible.
The following are excluded from this warranty:
e) Regular maintenance work, and repairs or
replacements of parts for wear and tear;
f)
Consumables (components that are expected
to require regular replacement during the
useful life of a product, for example tools,
lubricants, filters, etc.).
g) Damage or defects caused by incorrect
employment, use or treatment of the product,
for purposes other than normal use;
h) Damage or modifications to the product as a
result of:
Incorrect use, including:
Treatment
causing
aesthetic or superficial alterations to the
product;
Incorrect installation or use of the product for
purposes other than those specified or failure
to observe the installation and use instructions;
Incorrect product maintenance that does not
comply
with
the
maintenance;
Installation or use of the product that does not
comply with the technical or safety regulations
