SCHEME OF THE ASSAY
1. Dispense reagents according to the following scheme:

Calibrators 0-5
Controls
Unknown Samples
Primary Antibody
2. Vortex, incubate for 15 minutes +/- 5 minutes at 20-25°C.
3. Dispense 200 µL of tracer to each of the tubes.
4. Vortex, incubate for 2 hours +/- 15 minutes at 2-8°C.
5. Dispense 500 µL of DAG-ppt to all tubes, except the Total Count tubes.
6. Vortex, incubate for 15 +/ 5 minutes at 20-25°C.
7. Centrifuge using 760 x g* for 20 minutes at 20-25°C.
8. Immediately decant the supernatants.
9. Count each tube in a gamma counter for 60 seconds or longer.
