12.3 Divide the corrected CPM of each calibrator, control, or unknown sample by
the corrected CPM of the Calibrator 0.

12.4 Using three-cycle semi-log or log-logit graph paper, plot percent B/B
PTH calibrators (vertical axis) versus the concentration (horizontal axis).
12.5 Draw a best-fit line through the points.
12.6 Interpolate the levels of PTH in the samples from the plot.
12.7 If any unknown sample reads greater than the highest calibrator, it should be
diluted appropriately with Calibrator 0 and assayed again.
12.8 If an unknown sample has been diluted, correct for appropriate dilution factor.
12.9 Calculate the maximum binding by dividing CPM of Calibrator 0 by the
average total counts obtained in the total count tubes.
