The joystick is calibrated.
Communication is established with the drives, and data is transferred.
LEDs d to g on the remote control light up to indicate when the data has been transferred
correctly. Teach-in has been successful.
8. Switch the remote control off.
9. If all LEDs on the F-C-A have gone out, switch the remote control back on without pressing any keys.
All LEDs light up briefly one after another.
The operating status LED starts flashing green.
10. Press the release button (B) on the F-C-A.
All four LEDs light up briefly, go out and then light up again.
Then all four LEDs on the F-C-A start flashing. Each drive can communicate with the remote
control via radio.

MANOEUVRING

The speed and steering are infinitely variably controlled by joystick using the remote control.
For better orientation and to avoid incorrect operation, we recommend holding the remote control in the
travel direction (not manoeuvring direction).

Manoeuvre slowly and carefully!
Move the joystick sensitively so that you do not damage your towing vehicle or the caravan by manoeu-
vring too quickly.
Pay attention to the joystick movement!
Do not move the joystick directly from a forwards movement (1) or a backwards movement (2) directly
to one of the two turning areas (3 or 4). This can cause the caravan to pivot unexpectedly. Always select
the turning areas (3 or 4) separately with the joystick.
We recommend practising manoeuvring with the AL-KO Mammut at moderate speed on open
ground.
Keep a considerable safety distance away from people and property when doing this. The Mam-
mut drive will switch off immediately if the remote control is switched off at the on/off switch on
the side. Any movement will be stopped.
There can be isolated interruptions during the manoeuvring procedure as a result of external
influences (e.g. powerful radio transmitters).
