7. Push the switch ON/OFF of the machine (C1).
8. Apply the wash-timer (C2) by turning it
clockwise to the selected time. From the spray jets
and the nozzle for the spray-gun inside the
washing tank will start to come out solvent caught
from the circulating solvent drum while the
blowing nozzles will deliver air.
Spray gun gravity version
Occasionally poor functioning of the machine
may occur. In such cases refrain from using the
machine and arrange the necessary maintenance
before incurring in risk of accidents or damages.
MALFUNCTION

8. MALFUNCTIONS AND SOLUTIONS

CAUSE
The pneumatic supply of the machine is
disconnected
The shut-off valve on the compressed air
supply line is closed
The pneumatic pump has stalled
The general ON/OFF switch machine is off
The lid of the automatic wash tank is open
The valve on the tank lid is blocked
Timer broken
The general ON/OFF switch machine is off
The pneumatic supply of the machine is
disconnected
The shut-off valve on the compressed air
supply line is closed

If the lid of the washing tank is opened during the
wash cycle, the pump stops, stopping the wash
cycle. In any case it is strictly forbidden to open
the lid of the tank during washing, to prevent any
spurts of detergent coming out of the tank due to
the residual pressure inside the pipes.
9. Once the wash time set has elapsed the pump
stops.
Spray gun suction version
Call the manufacturer for any information or if you
have any doubts before working.
The following describes the possible malfunctions,
causes and remedies:
REMEDY
Connect the machine up to the pneumatic
supply
Open the shut-off valve on the compressed
air supply line.
Press the reset button on the pump using
the special blunt instrument of Ø 4/5 mm
Turn the general ON/OFF switch machine to
the ON position
Close the lid of the tank
Replace the valve on the tank lid
Replace the timer
Turn the general ON/OFF switch to the ON
position
Connect the machine up to the pneumatic
supply
Open the shut-off valve on the compressed
air supply line
