charging begins automatically if the Start/Stop button is no longer being pressed after 5
seconds
CAUTION! Risk of damage when attempting to charge a faulty battery, or if
using the incorrect charging voltage. Before beginning charging, ensure that
the battery to be charged is fully functional and the charging voltage of the
charger matches the battery voltage.
Connect mains cable to charger and connect to mains
Charger in open circuit - ready indicator lights up - both Ready indicators light up:
24 V
12 V
Select characteristic type according to the battery to be charged
WARNING! Risk of serious injury or damage from incorrectly connected
charging terminals. Connect charging terminals to correct poles and ensure
proper electrical connection to battery terminals.
If using the vehicle power supply, switch off ignition and all other loads
Connect charging cable (red) to positive pole (+) on battery
Connect charging cable (black) to negative pole (-) on battery
battery voltage is automatically detected after 2 s
then if necessary, correct battery voltage manually using the Start/Stop button (e.g.
for deeply discharged 24 V battery)
